I'm currently working on the "The Peterson Case" as a 3D artist. The game is set in 1947, Roswell NM. in which you play as a detective investigating a missing family. As part of a small indie team, my responsibilities see me modelling a range of assets including vehicles, props and environment assets.
Prior to this, I worked at Nautilus Internation as a 3D artist for 2.5 years. Nautilus International is a company that specialises in military simulation. My role was to create fit for purpose models within 3DS Max for use within Bohemia Interactive's VBS3. During this time, I was asked to produce models based on real-world locations or vehicles, these were then fed into a live training exercise that we would conduct.
I graduated Bournemouth University in 2014 with a first class honours degree in Games Technology. It was here that I began to learn 3D Art, with modules including character and prop modelling in 3DS Max and ZBrush.
Quarter Circle games started as an effort for myself and a colleague to create a game outside of our day jobs. We started work on "The Peterson Case" in January 2015 and were able to start full-time on it after we secured investment in February 2017.
